I never received my reward and forgive my lateness I've been in the hospital!
I don't know what the reward would be at this point I'm at in the game I'm level 163 now but if possible would or could you or GM give me 1 level as a reward if you do decide anything? If not i guess I'll just have that quest there forever!

Well, it certainly isn't a level. A GM might reset the quest for you if you ask nicely in the GM Inbox.

Resa should be getable again after she dies.

Have you got the quest below in your quest log, or do you remember completing it?
Quest: 203 – Hermit – Need Letter
Location: Map 0, 2
Needed Level: N/A
Needed Quest: 94
Quest Log: Get a commendatory letter from the king’s cook for the hermit.
