Just to clarify. Your application made here is only intended for GM rank. Players who apply will go through several processes to achieve the different levels of a GM rank. "Event characters" will not be prioritized. Welcome with your application.
The GM group application is an addition to the formal application and works differently. The player who is selected does not automatically get a GM position.
However, the players get to work together with the GM team and over time be selected for the chance to climb the ranking system.

I have been playing since 2020 and from the very beginning I was in the clan life, because of this there will be players who will be against me. I think these are the usual difficulties that all GM go through. but it is not for nothing that it is said that all the difficulties in life make us stronger . I will try to show all the players that my clan life does not belong to any privileges. if someone is going to mind anyway, then there's nothing you can do about it. There are no perfect people that everyone likes.
Let's move on to the questions why do I want this and why me.

I've been wanting to try myself as a GM for a very long time. someone will tell you why you're going to the gm if you just want to try. I will answer this- to try means to succeed in any business. after all, no one ever knows what will happen to me. that's why I use that word. The role of GM also provides invaluable life experience and concepts of some important things.
Now let's talk about my punishments . The punishment I received was mute. at that time, I studied the politics, culture and norms of communication in the game. when I learned a few lessons, I understood how to respond to the players.
Like all people, I always learn from my mistakes and don't make them anymore. I also think even the worst person deserves a second chance to try to improve .

I would like to say something about IGM life, from the perspective of a former member of the team.
Many players love this game, and want to help make it better. Some make or test maps, some report bugs or abusive players, and some wish to help the GM team by joining it.
I was one of those. I was one of the first IGMs, and saw how the team works together to keep the game clean. IGMs patrol the game, anonymously, to make sure players aren't breaking the rules. When a rulebreaker is found, they make reports to have the players investigated. IGMs do not decide if a player should be punished.

Yes. I said a "former member", as I retired voluntarily (although I still make the occasional report). It's not easy sometimes to balance the responsibility of the team with real life and gameplay (Managers are still regular players, since they are anonymous).

This role isn't for everyone. Most who try to join (and even some who get approved) aren't able to do the job, and either leave the team, or abuse power and get kicked (I'm looking at you, madmaniacal1).

Be aware of what the job entails, and be careful of what you wish for.
That said, I wish the best for everyone who's applying, whether they get the position or not.
