According to the game rules, it's only when it's "with pets", but it's not like the rules are enforced as written, instead everyone makes it up as they go.

very funny to say follow the rules, but the gm team it self doesnt follow them, by releasing perm jailed accs, being unfair, maybe its better to have no rules at all

Who said the GM released the perm jail ? Where is your evidence on that statement ?
