Always take the time to rest and get plenty of sleep and drink water.

Thanks for the advice, but these days I take things very easy. After so many years as a GM, you learn a thing or two, and I make sure to prioritize the important things in life much more than I used to.

I also try not to stress over minor issues that inevitably come and go. In the end, that only makes you feel worse. Instead, I try to keep a positive perspective and focus on what really matters.

I make sure to spend as much time with my family as possible and take care of them the best I can. That's incredibly important. Family should always come first.

That said, I promise I'll sneak in some snacks and chips, sodas and enjoy life a little extra thanks to your kind advice!
