When I completed get my memory back quest and had been awarded a mithril shield, this quest was assigned to me. When you complete get my memory back quest, you get this one.toad wrote:On ur shot the quest is from where? it's not get my memory back...

Some quest have a level requirement. Downloadable pdf file in help page will tell you.
