could you pls give as exact time here in asia/philippines. got problems last spawn party with cleo...i arrived 1hr late

I provided a link to a GMT time convertor if you're having troubles.
As others have said, I will make a post 24-hrs prior to the event so everyone knows when it will be held in their specific time zone.

Yes I spoke with Secular, a level 100 can enter, but a level 101 cannot.
I am no longer allowed to participate, but maybe I will be allowed to watch?
