Also, to minimise the work, it is wanted to be done in the existing format, so Creator can add it directly into game without editing. Please be very careful to retain this format.

Also, I agree that it is a good idea for more than one person to work on one translation; you can split the work, and double check each other's work.. Don't worry about the reward; if your work is quality, you will be rewarded.

You need download office app first,to look and edit it.I use Polaris

I recommend to work on the translation files on a PC.
I had best results with an editor named Notepad++
