The GP often starts behaving erratically on rooted android systems sooner or later; down-toning the GP store also solve such problems on un-rooted devices.

I have a rooted device, (the device I'm using, second root on it) and it did make the GP store buggy and it would sometimes have these errors in which u need a root browser to fix by some stuff I will no say, but look it up if need help with errors.
