Would bw better decrease arm and dex to 0 but up str x2 or x3

I agree dex and armor should be 0 (to balance classes) but will they still attack effectively? can they "always hit" or maybe x11 str to balance out all the misses?

Towers never used DEX when attacking. They always hit.

Guards attack now outlaws If the outlaw is strong enough he can however kill guard but then after 2 minutes the another guard is spawn.

If somebody attacked you and then removed target from you before you struck back you can now attack him back and don't become outlaw
