I haven't seen guards in action, but I have heard they are pretty tough. Maybe just more oh them in the game? I think it would be better if guards continuously auto spawned when an outlaw got near them. Then the extras could disappear if the outlaw died.
Also, there should be guards on the respawn map. People hide there to await the outlaw status to go away.

This is the most abuseable idea ever. Lets give regular players we trust super high powered accounts to use against high lvl outlaws that pretty much dont exist with a side order of temptation and ability to carry out a vendetta against someone they dislike.

The last outlaw i saw that was 1500 plus was DOOM, and hes 2k. Since then, havent seen any. So how exactly does this work? Killing other high levels 10ish times to get outlaw status probably because its clan or similar related? Or a grudge? The only 1k i havent seen clanned is Grindix. The rest have been clanned.

The only way higher levels are able to hit you is because you either targeted them. Tried to flame or slow them to help your high lvl friend whos trying to kill them. Or are in a clan.

So all of the above are generally not the high levels faults even if they outlaw on someone whos attacked them somehow. Because it does happen.

This isnt a day at the archers where some poor guy is leveling on his own and a few people 10lvls lower tha him decide to gank him because he might have a hat someone wants or whatever.

Now someones probably going to say that im oppossed to the idea because it means ill get killed. Im not bothered. I can't outlaw unless being punished for something. Im oppossed to it because so much can go wrong in doing this.

All it appears to be these days is justifying killing outlaws regardless of clan politics. Regardless of whos in what clan at the time. And how to make outlaws lives incredibly difficult. Calling them bad people etc etc etc.

Your effectively wanting to punish pvpers who arent in clans. Because the way I see it is. "You may defend yourself if unclanned. But if you outlaw your a bad person. But if you murder someone while your clanned. No worries its clan warfare"

The same grudges can happen outside of clans. The same Jonys can exist without clans, they do and will continue to exist. You dont need a police force made up of gank squads to kill it. You dont even have to be involved unless their after you.

Why not focus on ideas for maps. Quests, class tweaks, monsters and skin designs instead?

My opinion on outlaws is just let outlaws be outlaws, its their choice.

I think this is not a good idea, why add a police force? What is a job of police force?
Killing outlaws? Mod can be this and this is a job of Guard.
Report player? This is a job of they Watchmen.
Help the team? Jr mod make this.
