Spawn the scaly fiends on bank map, when you get boots drop off at bank, repeat till ypu have the desired number of boots, then craft....
(Speed Boots can't be dropped while you currently have a pair in your pack)

Have a friend stand by you as you kill for Speed boots.as you get a pair sell them to him and repeat. Me and NightShade got about 60 pair in 10 mins or so

drops are different there as well.
