Aight. That being said, what happens to someone whos both guilty of extorting, shares their account, and is guilty of breaking rule 2, rule 3 to the point that it brings on rule 4, rule 9 and rule 10?
With the exceptions of rule 3 and 4, what if the rest has been done multiple times? Whats the judgement/sentence for something like that.

I find the buying lvls for friendsargument a bit strange. you can help friends in many ways, includig with rare items.
buying levels for ' others' is definately misused by several players.it is just hard to prove. I know of spawning of request ro buy skins or l lvls is rampant. it happens every day severaltimes to me.
A kid who is repeatedly asked by a high(er) lvl to buy him lvls will often feel pressured to.do so and give in.
especially if he is killed once. No need for the higher lvl to actually say ' buy or I kill).
And therefore it is impossoble to proof.
In real life thrse kids may be bullied by big kids at school, now its allowed in ft too
I honestly think protecting against this is much more important than protection against cussing.

I agree. Im just putting forth an example. Because theres someone who actually fits your bill and mine. But im waiting to hear what the sentence is for it all, and then match it to what i know was done... along with continuation of actions in a more "polite" manner.

I don't think this answer will satisfy your curiosity, but I'll go ahead anyway. We have some guidelines we follow on how to react/punish a given offense. However, very rarely are any two cases identical... thus, our response often varies a bit. It would be easiest for us to simply say "any violation of any rule means permanent jailing of the account." Cleary though, this would not be the best course of action for ForgottenTales as it would discourage players from investing time into their characters out of fear of so easily losing them. So as a general rule, we try to find a fitting and effective means of ending the rule-breaking actions without permanently affecting/taking the account. For example, with language, we warn and/or mute the account (depending on severity of language used and how/if it was directed at another player) Occasionally we apply more than 1 mute at a time, but really only if there were many abuses. each time a character is muted, he/she receives a warning. Many times a player will stop breaking this rule before they get to the fifth mute. If they don't, then we finally apply #5, which is permanent. For other rule violations, there are other guidelines. (perhaps warning, short kick followed by increasingly long kicks - - or warning, kick, then increasing jail sentences etc...) at any rate, we do not have a "one-size-fits-all" reaction to rule violations because there are always other (sometimes mitigating) factors to consider. I hope this helps

It does help, I get exactly what you are saying too in not whipping out the ban stick or throwing away the jailcel key. My question now is, if they clearly arent learning from any of this and they continue, when does the stick get drawn and the key melted?
