mytril is in the cyclops dungeon at xtreme left bottom.

It seems you are on the wrong place.
Very probably you mixed up the red crystals with mithril.
Go to game help file and look at the correct shape of mithril:

Have you tried updating FT, logging in then force stopping the app from settings?

IDk about the mining skill thing but perhaps you don´t have enough mining level... idk how this works btw
