Josh, on October 1st, at 00:04 (four minutes after midnight) you attacked Macca.. Then he attacked you back

it used to be, but that changed awhile ago... you can always attack the last 15 players who attacked you now - and with no outlaw counter for killing them (that's the idea anyway... in practice it often doesn't work quite right)
