i have a useful info about 1500 weapons:
-> first in arena: 1 silver OR gold medal to get weapon 1500+0
-> 1 silver && gold medal to get weapon 1500+1
-> to upgrade to +1 OR +2 (respectively having 1500+0 then 1500+1) go to underground devil asking for piece of ancient weapon
-> advice while in champion's arena -2.0: once dropped a medal and NOT having the other, remove it from backpack then respawn the black dragons.

but just to be picky: Then when the dragon comes out, and while I kill it, can I get the medal back? Otherwise it disappears .....

Syor...
The reason to drop the medal is only so you get the proper message from the npc to start another battle. Once battle starts get your medal back off the screen. I hope you have luck...but be prepared with lots of gold...it may take a long time to get both medals.

can the medal if its a silver one only be dropped away to get another one from another battle next time ?

Honestly I got mad at the quest and threw away my silver medal! I already had a 1500+0 from the East cave chest and didn't need another one. But I came back weeks later and got another silver medal drop right away.

than it works !
Drop silver medals away and try to get gold medals BEFORE you go to the NPC to receive the weapon 1,5k

Now he work and he craft. But craft Forever 2k+0. I try It on server test. even if you have all weapons +2.

That's how he always worked. The change is that many quests now accept +1 and +2 items. I don't think he ever crafted +1 items?
