I just want to make my point clear. I am against all types of Sharing accounts. Agreed Sharing for Mining or Upgrading clan buildings etc.. won't harm anybody. But at other times the same player may use it for PVP or LVLing up quietly if sharing would be allowed.
So yes all kind of Sharing needs be stopped..
BUT the rules need be implemented the proper way. that's what i want to say. Yes they have mentioned it in the links under Rule 2. But it's better that they mention it clearly in the Rules itself and As A SYSTEM MESSAGE , so that everyone sees it and then no one can claim ignorance..( Don't take me wrong if i say that many other announcements come under SYSTEM MESSAGE which are far less important than this announcement regarding Sharing accounts)
And i am against Permanent Jail for 1st time offenders. 1st time offenders should receive temporary jail and repeat offenders should get Permanent Jail.
Sharing accounts to build at a clan base or to mine chop is extremely unfair in my eyes.

Even tanking for another is cheating.
Here's where you and I disagree.

I am not saying that sharing is a good thing fellas I'm pointing out that in some cases the punishment for sharing should not directly to perm jail for that account based on what it was used for.
Also If tanking was cheating there are even GMs that you are basically calling cheaters. If you never had a friend to tank for you i am sorry. Think about it this way if tanking is cheating. Clan leaders are cheaters for taking the damage in PvP battles the players that grind and don't complane if another player comes and attacks the monster on that player is cheaters, Saiges are cheaters, pets are cheaters and even you are a cheater for tanking for your own pets. Boils down to your comment was not worth posting.
Building with a different account is unfair I do understand that but according to the laws of this rpg that ALL us players actually go by the rules what is fair? You got level buying witch automatically takes fairness out of the game as soon as you install the app. It defiantly brings in fast cash and a lot of it. But the kids that play this game or the players that can not afford to throw money in the game don't see level purchases being a fair feature in the game. Players that are 500-12000 can attack clan players that are level 20 that is not fair. Yes you are given a fair warning that anyone can attack you when you join a clan but the fact that you have no chance to service is not fair. Special skins at level 1500 2000 2500 etc just got taken now you cant get a special skin unless you use the collar matrix to make a personal skin and hope it gets added to the game so you can wear the skin, thats not fair. Can anyone point out anything that is fair?
And as for if a player doesn't have a alt to add levels to that has been taken away from the account over a max limit it takes 20 seconds to make a new character of your choice.
Back to my point
Sharing accounts is bad but the punishment just got ridicules especially going by what the player using is doing with it. If it's not effecting game play for others unless they cause trouble jail time should be required but not perm on first offence. If it is then the GM team needs to lock jaya back up for all of his offences to many many players that did effect their game play progress.

Of course tanking is allowed. Just not taking using a shared alt.
I don't want to make any alts. I just want to play my character.
I hear what you are saying about high levels attacking low levels in clans but there just isn't a feasible solution to this other than not joining a clan. Clanned players NEED to be able to attack low level clan members in clan warfare. I just can't think of a way around this.
Aside from bug abuse i have to take the unpopular stance that jaya regularly attacking players is not against the rules. This is a pvp game. I certainly understand your frustration but every game needs a bad guy.

Using someone else's account to tank is not allowed. It is sharing witch is against the prime rules, all I am saying is there is no harm in it. It's basically like having the other player There with you doing absolutely nothing but taking damage while you farm the exp difference is that you have control of that other character. Yes yes yes it is breaking the rules a punishment should follow it and if they wish to share it is at their own risk as stated. But perm jail for not causing any trouble except maybe making someone jealous is not a justified punishment. You are taking possably thousands of dollars that a player worked for his/her self and invested into their character to better enjoy the game. They are basically robbed of that money and time invested by not the GM team but the creator. The creator is the one that recives the money the staff pull the trigger on the rule breakers. I'm not trying to disrespect anyone I am making a true statement. So if your offended I apologise, thats not my intention.
And if you don't want to make a alt you just want to play your character that's ok. Donate the left over levels/money to dmgamestudio or a friend in the game. Being fair is capping the limit and working the levels out with players. No refunds so choose to donate or make a alt.
As far as low level clan members. (Out side of clan maps) a player 1500 and up shouldnt be able to attack clan members under level 250. At level 250 and up you have the resistance in gear and a little extra hp to have a chance to escape a 5k enemy if you act quickly. That can be ridicules but if you were a level 150 in a clan you would appreciate that idea.
And for jaya his pleasure of running around killing players is not the problem we have with him. I myself go on little rampages sometimes yes it is part of being involved with clans and yes this is a PvP game. The problem with Jaya is his foul mouth his cheating auto clicking and his abuse of bugs that make him jump across the screen where you can't see him so he can regen hp then jump back on you. I may be wrong but when the location bug happens you are to either log or keep moving untill you are back in the location you are sapose to be in otherwise you are very clearly abusing a bug.

@nahgus,
jaya or anyone else is allowed to hunt and kill whoever he likes if he follow the rules.
the protests are about those who keep breaking the rules to attack kill and get drops from others.
they use illegal actions abusing bugs like wall jumping, clan hopping, blocking with lv0alts, autoclicking, attacking non attackable players and extortion.
these actions are proven an they get caught, get some jail and get out again. they are alloqed, evwrn encourged to do it all again. encouraged because in the end they win with these illegal actions. the enemies they iligally dropped stuff is not returned, no lvls are removed, extorted lvls or gear is not removed pr returned to owner.
reporting illegal action results in nothing or just short jail after which the one who reported it will be even hunted even more.
perm jail for sharing i can accept, but all the unfairness lies not in tge penalty for sharing, rather in not punishing all this other very serious abuse which is also proven many, many, many times.

in one way im happy about the sharing=petm jail rule.
its clear.
my main msg is that other offenses should cary such clear consequenses.
want to.stop 60% ofabuse, rule breaking etc? its not hard
3rd conviction to jail for ANYoffense means 50% lvl reduction on highet lvl account.
5th conviction. 50% lvl reduction on all accounts.
8th conviction permanent ban of highest lvl account.
10th conviction PERM JAIL FOR ALL ACCOUNTS.

What im.not happy about is how the share=perm jail was announced.
a player returning after a break wont know about it and could log into a shared account. only a few players check forum daily.
I still cant beleave that no server msg was set saying "rule change: shared or traded avcounts will be permanently jailed if shared from date onwards'
if you make such a high inpact change which destroyes players hard bought/earned assests you should communicate it clearly and not just in a place which you know is not used tgat much.
i notice that the privacy policy diid apear very fast in system msg days after such a policy AND THE CLEAR COMMUNICATION OF IT became mandantory in the EC.
So it could jabe been used for the rule change, as we asked
