It is the reason that in googleplay, the game icon shows "Limited" in red letters ? That version will not be ever updated ?

What do you mean by "can't"?
If you're looking for an update - it's not publicly released yet.
The current public version is 6.3.0

If you're using a device that does not support Google Play, it's complicated.
Keep in mind, FT is an android game - and Google Play is the main platform.
When using other devices, updates can come more slowly, or perhaps, be discontinued.
I have a blackberry tablet, for example, and I cannot update past v6.0.16 on it, sadly.
But blackberries are not androids; they just have some compatibility. They do not support Google Play.

That is unfortunate.
Once the update is released, you still may need to wait.
You'll need to wait until your chosen market updates it.
Please be careful when using unsupported app markets (see here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15075 )

As for your country vs. Google Play, well, that's between them.
