Please be patient. The GMs verify each request before allowing a skin. They will post their answer once they determine eligibility. Spamming posts about it may cause a refusal.

Hmmm... I thought an acct had to be 1500, although a reward for service wouldn't be unrealistic, given the volunteer nature of GM work. Hope the admins approve it.

You yourself know this to be false, as you've earned special skins as well.
I've quoted the parts of the rule to which I believe myself to be eligible (in private).
GM service is only a part of the reason. I don't think it alone to be enough.
