Same for me. It took a lot of tries. When talking to the man after killing the dragons, make sure you don't have the last medal in your bag.

What Black Dragon quest is this. Never heard of it.

The Arena Champion Quests. Who you fight is Black Dragons for medals at the end. Depending on the medals you have, you can get a +0 or +1 1500 weapon. An upgrade at the devil's gets you to +2.

Look up medals in the arena:)

Is it possible to:
- upgrade armor 750+0 to 750+1+2 ?
- craft 3k helmet ?
If yes then where.

Upgrade 750 is under twr 1,-4 after quests

I believe for regular crafting at the blacksmith/house/clan only +0 items can be used.

No upgraded/recolored items can be used either.

3k helm can be crafted by many players. Ask and they will help.

I didn't mean upgrade by recolor. I mean upgrade from +0 to +1 and +2.
