I had been fishing at Map 0.0 and being bitten by the odd bat that came from the new caves there. Decided to go mining ... felt a bit dizzy, but managed the walk to Ardesia City.

And, I had just hauled 60 meteor stones down to Ardesia City on an alt as well, got them comfortable tucked away in RHS and was getting ready to head out to Hobbs Gold Mine.

BLINK: BLACK SCREEN, battery dead on my 7" tablet.
A few minutes later: BLINK: BLACK SCREEN, battery dead on my 10" tablet.

OMG!¹ What am I going to do now. And I'm certain I heard an evil laugh coming from the bat caves on Map 0.0. It's the GM's fault, I just know it, those bat bites suck the energy right out of your devices.

Take heed people, bring high level "ranged" pets to map 0.0 and kill those bats, lest the lights go out on FT forever!
