You get one 3k crafting option completing all of the mercenary quests and talking with an NPC in the black knight's Catacombs.
You get one 3k crafting option completing the daily mage quests under the King's Gardens.
You get other 3k crafting options completing quests under the black knight's catacombs.

And some more at the Mage under the DUNGEON OF DOOM
Find the mage behind the "Dungeon of Doom".
Next the Alar is the entrance...

Most players forgotten that mage
Friend claim, he done this weak mage quests, and can craft 3k items, but not helmet and and plate.
I sugested him to do 4.1 daily of all types.

I added to the first page the possibility to upgrade arma 2k + 1 to 2K + 2, yesterday a friend of mine tried and it works.

No. This SMITH improve only Shield and legs, 500, 750 and 1K.
Plate 750 +1 +2 idk.
I think Lucky Drop. Of Ghost Devil. Hard Drop. i think.
