Someone who kills pets on purpose is pretty much a [bad person], but players really have the responsibility to watch their pets and their surroundings.

Do not buy from:

1. people you do not know,
2. low level people selling RL $$ pets or objects
   • it is a sign of another player creating an account to cheat you.
3. low level people selling high level items
   • it is a sign of another player creating an account to cheat you.

The game is being overrun with scammers/cheaters and there is no one to stop them.
It is unlikely you will get your gold back regardless.

Now with regards to: it is a sign of another player creating an account to cheat you. this is not a "carved in stone truth", there are "some" that use lower level alts to sell things and they are honest, I do on occasion.

BUT: Until you get to know them and trust them; the 1st point is a pretty well given.

Only buy from people you know and trust.

I havent played in 2 year so I was selling a premium skin for 15b to buy lvl 500 items. He first ask me if I'm new and I told him havent played in 2 year. So than he told me I'll sell you the lvl 500 set it worth worth 13b. So I ask some people around and no one replied. Him been a lvl 1250 I though he was legit, but he was lying. After wade the trade because I believed the lvl 500 set was worth 13b I find out today that is worth about 300m a piece. So I confronted him about how he lied to and he told me sorry I was desperate for a premium skin. So I told him I would report him for lying and scamming me of 15b and he deleted me.

BEWARE: Today the game is FULL of scammers. Buy and sell to only those you know you can trust.

At present there are NO active GM's so the negative element of the game is out in full force.

I would have told you the true cost. Don't have anything for a mage though, being a knight, and not interested in a premium skin. I think you will have to cut your losses on this one. It's a buyer/seller beware system when buying in game anyway.

Scammers are trying (and getting) 2.5b to 3.5b for pets when the selling price is 2b.

That seems more making a bad deal than getting scammed. Some players will try to push up the value of an item, even items that can be purchased in shops. While that reflects very poorly on him as someone who will take advantage of someone else, at the end of the day you still got the bad deal you agreed on.

These parts scream: scam! The seller KNEW the price, and scammed the guy.

Do you mean BLAZE_KING level 1250 mage?

Any cheating anyone out of more than 300m gold is considered to be scamming a player according to report history.

And if this particular players is named as I asked this is a traded account. The original BLAZE_KING was a honorable player admired by many players and could only write and speak proper English and was even a friend of mine. I hope the player who owns the account is not slipping and making risky mistakes. The results can turn around very sudden.
