You can get a new skin for your archer in the game shop, by purchasing a skin item. It can also be bought from players, in game, if you meet someone selling one.
The skins available as purchases are listed here:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12856

The present thread is meant for special skins only, which can be requested when a character reaches level 1500. Your GodRevii is currently level 8, thus it is a little bit too early for a request here

You can be given a special skin, please ask for it when you meet a GM in game

When will there be a list made that shows all special skins and who made them?

It is my understanding that Compbatant already has such a list, but will there be a list posted? If there will be, when?
