At the moment, everyone who wanted to know the location of the new clan location for today.
I want to inform you that so far we have not noticed this feature during testing. If you look closely, the clan location does not have a coordinate. Then the card is not always displayed on all accounts; an account with lvl 2k has a card, but one with lvl 500 does not. Another good violation regarding maps 4.8 and 3.10, as they noticed, they also have problems.

If there is a level requirement, then I could understand certain areas not showing on lower level accounts

So my mage has pvp protect, but I can target players and it allows players to target me , but they cant target me if i dont target them.

I think this is refering that the player found out someone who is using pets lvl 820 at level 648,well looks to me like he was jailed and before that he put his worms lvl 820 in stable/house and then after he was jailed he lost lvls and again took the pets and broken rule to get an advantage over pets higher lvl to use them to level up faster,thats breaking rule 6. I belive so

I think this should be really looked into by GMs 0_o
