X and Steel Bars remains.
Impossible to "mistake" if you are a responsible player.

The option to delete characters became a requirement for the game. Deleting an account cannot be undone.

Have you done the quest ?
Check your questbook and if you have All needed items please.

I dont done the quest and in the questbook is not something new. Only old quest that i done.

To enter there magic planks are needed i think. Maybe such a quest is in your book ?

You need five magic planks to start with. Perhaps get those and then go to talk to the NPC?
