No idea how long I can be on tonight, Christmas Eve and all, but we eat late and stay up til midnight, then bed.

Wishing for a present after a long year of potential hours of playing a day.

I'd go and grind/fish/craft and go back to bank town if you hear that Santa is coming back. Everyone's a winner that way.

I was fortunate. I didn't even know the event was going on. Went to bank town to store items before going on (yet another) mithril run. Wound up with a robe for my level.

Yesterday - Friday 27 Dec 2018 was a rather interesting day for this LostKnight.

Decided that Jultomten (Swedish Santa) would complete the quest to save the adventurer and return the slave Amazon girl to her family as they were restricting his movements to the safty of the Kedington map. And after doing so she started visiting neighbouring maps in the dark and gave away "every" Mithril Miners Helmet she has in short order. So I can't have her running out that fast it would make LK a slave to the process. SO I am filling up an empty lvl 41 alt with 60 Helmets and of course another 20 for Jultomten as well. I will be ready for ANY holiday as Jultomten will be my permanent "Gift Giver". And as long as MMH's are the thing, that's the gift.

Then I got to grinding another Archer alt a bit just for a change of pace. Never got a level but it was fun anyway with a slight distraction involved. and

Then came the time to mine Mith and make those 80 helmets. And in the process LK's mining skill hits 12! Whoopie! NICE.

Last night at my rock in Ardesia as I was crafting a mage(31) walks up and gives me 10 iron ore. I rejected them and asked if he wanted the Iron Ignots. "No just giving away the ore. You don't want them?"

Sure - he popped in 10 Iron Ore and gave him one of the MMH's I had just crafted. Explaining that it gives more light than a torch if he had one of those. "Yea," he said "I've been mining with a torch."

Then looking at him and figure he needs them, I logged Tim "LK's Toolman" Taylor on and told the mage, "Give Tim your tools." and for each tool he gave I matched it with a Mithril Tool. Trade made he was happy, Tim logged off.

Then he asked, "Do you know where I can get a level 30 wand?" "Hmmm think I have one" I said "let me check." And at that moment my wife said let's go to bed ... "Soon as I give this guy a wand."

"OK!"

Sure enough I had one, I logged the alt on and offered the wand, He rejected it, "How much?" he says. "FREE" - the trade was made Logged off and went to bed with a feeling of "all in all - a good day!"

Now I must run to our local downtown ... see you all ingame soon.
