Sharing/selling/trading accounts is ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK and also against the game rules.

Your own risk means you are responsible for anything that happens. You lost something - that was a risk you took. We will not help with account trades. Period. There is nothing I can do for you about that.

Now, if you want to report a stolen account, you can report it to one of the Admins. Simply PM one of them with details about the account.

That is known as spamming, and is a violation of game rule 9. Abuse of sell button. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible for gm team to punish these unless they catch in action. And for the record, selling an item for free can also be considered spam if unwanted, especially if tries to sell to many random players or without an agreement to give or take item.

You should give a better read to game rules and to the first post in this thread.
DaHobbit is the GM currently handling scamming cases, not only because cares, but also because he has more powers than other GMs and so can actually help players in such area.
Other GMs are not going to interfere in his work, so that is why we might happen to tell you "we know about it": you reported about having been scammed - and we know it - now please wait for investigation to be done.

I see ARROW- permanent jail in your list but he isn't jailed atm. So he is still cheating, he just cheated another person no long ago

The punishment said that one account was perm jailed, and alts were temporary jailed. Perhaps that was one of the temporary jailed accounts. Still, players REALLY need to check the lists more often if they plan to buy real money items from players.

The only thing that need to done to decrease the scamming to 0 is make purchase system like in OV
This is carelessness of devs that we still have scammers not the GMs
