Sounds good:

U can stable max
2 pets, and owners can take 2 . Maybe work like pet storage, and capacity 20 slots (20 pets)

Every lvl : higher Hp. Building die = maybe ur pets die or u get pets back.on you.

I like the idea, but i think it should be:

1. In a common location, rather than a clan building. Several buildings in banktown, martek's, and silverwood could be converted to this with no map alterations.

2. PvP protected like any other shop.

3. Quest pets (Resa, Kings, dogs if the quests are active) should not be storable as the task is to safely escort them to their destinations.

These are merely my suggestions.

The main problem is about the pet killer and pet being killed.When your pet is about to die i dont think u can store in stable because it will not be available in that map while your pet is dieing.
Ok!!instead of creating ft ball icon we can have a stable icon in the display.If u click on it you send pet there directly by paying some golds.As a result your pet may not die due to spawn killer.
But to take your pet out you have to go to stable.Because it will make more fun and intresting.And to get your pet u have to pay some golds too.

And another advantage of stable:-
You can purchase variety of pet from game menu according to your lvl.And you can store them in stable.As a result you can choose a pet from stable for farming suitable monster.

Storing pets is a great idea, especially if you are going to a dangerous place with high level monsters and dont want pets to die.
