I do believe that to be one of your goals, yes.
But I believe that your statement of "ALL" is quite false.
I think, anyone here who reads your previous posts will agree with that as well.

Like your arts and crafts comment, for example.
How does that achieve transparency for the rules?
Thanks for that, by the way.

But I know what "reserved info" means and will not.

So, I'll just point out two details.

1 - this is a game, not real life. No one in the game staff jailed *the player*. We just halted for a little while his playing with some of his characters, fully in respect of game rules

2 - forum PMs are PRIVATE MESSAGES. Several countries have laws protecting privacy. To share with someone else the contents of a private message is a privacy violation. I am now formally requesting actions against mutedawg for sharing a screenshot of my PM to him, and benbaggen for posting it in a public forum post. We are in real life laws violations now
Now I have my own issues but i couldn't resist replaying
This.

So ur saying what they did *posting a "private chat "is against the law in real life*
Okay idk this law but okay.

Now isn't it against the law in real life HARRASING someone? wasn't awhile ago a very very close person to me went thru this.

What did the person that harassed my friend get?
one week in jail.

I hope you see where I'm going with this.

There are laws, in many countries; some differ; although, many agree on certain things.
As for enacting a law, it's up to the victim to pursue legal action.

For the sentence, that was complicated.
And more than one was at fault for it happening like that.
I did what I could.

I completely agree with blitz

NO TRIAL

The whole point of gms wanting the players to read the rules and reply back is so that the player identifies exactly what they did wrong

Telling a player what they are accused of only lets the player off the hook imo

Although they know what they did

NO TRIAL

I also stand by statements made by blitz

True. But I'm happy the fact YOU jailed the person that harassed my friend. wich I thank you for.

Rather get him some kinda punishment than nothing at all like the first GM we reported to. But I suppose I understand he had trouble in real life issue and happy he is okay.

Sentence should be mabey a month but thanks for taking action ;)

Not true.
Thing is, when playing an international online game, you usually fall under the laws of the country the server resides in.
It depends on what those laws say.

Agree with longer jail sentence. A week is much too short for something that wouldn't be taken lightly in real life.

It would have been, too.
But, it was complicated.
I'm not allowed to explain.
