Let me state for everyone that FT is not going anywhere

I have seen many posts where players are dissatisfied with a current change and they say that the game will be ruined and that they will leave

FT is still going strong After 5 years and will keep going going strong

FT is not going anywhere

There is no reason for panic

The zombie apocalypse is not upon us yet

I also believe timewarp used the word "greed"

Like it or not things in this world cost money and money makes the world go around and if i developed a game that thousands of players used as a vehicle to escape their real life for hours everyday and did so for years i would want to see a monetary return

Nothing in this world is free

Their is no magic solution that will please everyone

compbatant and the GM/admin team are not obtuse

They all know what they are doing and do their job well

FT is not going anywhere and the players aren't going anywhere either despite what some will say

I'm all for compbatants idea even to the worst case scenario that some players are worried about with personalized gear and have described in this thread

The idea that someone could buy a whole set of unique equipment that can't drop for a full year concerns me.
Even outlaw would be very little punishment to this person...
Don't get me wrong I have some concept ideas that I would like to see in the game, but at this price unbalance I don't think so
I spend a lot more money in this game than I should and I still have a hard time competing with others. I don't think I'll play much anymore if this happens.
I see nothing but problems with this idea. Though, then again, maybe I should just sell off my stuff and move on to another game before this one crashes??

It's not about money lol. It's about the game. Can u imagine a newbie who is just starting the game and he sees a lvl 7k or 10k with 7k or 10k gear , well its natural to be nervous lol. High level players who have spent money also go to jail lol if they do mistake. It's about the game. Game should be enjoyable for all lol. Ok i understand there are high lvl players and they need something too. But gear more than 2k is a bit much. they already have too many points lol. Maybe they can be given something else like more frequency of attack or some new skills. But i dont support new gears

I disagree, I've seen games crash, we have no guarantee that this game will still be running...
Everything dies eventually and ft will, too. I don't want to be the 1 to dump thousands of dollars in it and and find out the next day it died. I love video games, but at some point you have to draw the line priorities, you know.
Ive put a couple 1000 dollars in Worf and I don't technically even own him.
I used to buy lots of levels. I was the highest dwarf at one time, but not anymore. I have bought very little recently even though I have a new job and more money coming in, I don't want to put any more money in a game that could possibly crash and burn.

Not me, I'm not going down with the Titanic LOL. I work hard for my money would rather (or should have) spend it on my 3 kids.
When ft crashes and burns, I don't wanna be up "MANURE" Creek without a paddle.
