First of all, Combatant, " their boss " should have made a statement regarding the sudden and mass retirement from the GMs by now. I would assume the GMs would appreciate him doing that. As for how much some GMs care for this game...last nite when everbody was losing their minds because of the downed server, a long time and recently retired GM is the one who contacted Combatant to get the server back online for our further enjoyment. And that was DaHobbit, and I thank him for stepping up, even though it was not his duty. Remember....An INACTIVE GM is the one who
logged info the game on the public forum, tried to speak with reason and helped to calm the waters.

I still do not understand why compbatant does not like to communicate. could be on purpose.

It certainly isn't reassuring. However one feels about recent events, it has resulted in a general feeling of uncertainty. There is even a stack of house requests piled up with players wondering when they will get their house. None of that sits well.

I respect past and present GMs and take them at their word for the assurances they have provided, but a short post from compbatant would be appreciated.

Everybody has strengths and weaknesses, and communication... well, it isn't exactly one of his strengths - at any rate, I wouldn't be surprised if house requests back up for a few weeks, don't read anything into it lol

there is a difference between be nice players or helpers and customers. weaknesses or not, an answer to customers would be appreciated, nothing humiliant has been asked
