I worry about player abuse and then addition to gm workload.

I do like the idea but here's a scenario: 1 player doesn't like another. He gets 15 mates plus 3 of his alts to complain about him.

The first player hasn't done anything wrong.


1 it's a huge gm investigation
2 GMs have to investigate 15 players to see if they're honest
3 then they have to wonder why they are or not
4 then they have to punish them all for false reporting

And so on
I'm sorry. I think this will be abused.

If I was a GM I would stop at third post, and do the 33% lvl reduce and 1 month punishment, however, this could be easily fixed by the watch lvl system, those under lvl 1 (Must have 4 validated reports) are only sent to GM inbox, and the rules for spamming GM inbox apply to them. Each (level) of report level gets a new method of priority and alerting gm. The system could be an epic fail, or an epic win
