Players may be punished but pets won't be replaced. I think Lestat's main point is that it is difficult to tell your location and there is no known time of this taking place. If it is meant as a report there is nothing the GM team can look into, but it would work as public shaming.

player Dz123, spawned a lot of mobs, after which, allegedly running away, he brought me to me, where I was waiting for the elf to appear, in the end I lost the pet, I tried to take them away, but the mobs blocked the passage

I don't know the circumstances other than what you have said, and I certainly do not advocate pet killing, but if you take pets to such an event then there is a risk of them dying.
Solution?
Ban pets or do as I do and park pets away from the main combat zone.

I can spawn a lot of mobs and drain the pets to the enemy and I won't get anything for it, just because this is an event?

No, there is a great risk of them dying.
If you feel someone killed your pets on purpose you should submit a detailed report to the GM inbox. HOWEVER, if other players are playing normally and your pets die because they are too weak to survive there that is a different issue.

this is a long one.
The problem is deeper.
Yesterday I spent half a day at the event.
You have to listen to my experience.
1- You wait for the BOSS without doing anything, the most present make trunks, but almost all of them log out and reappear when the Boss appears.
2- Full of PET: there were moments when the BOSS was surrounded by 7 (I say 7) Death Pet and a player who tanked.
3-Yesterday I tried to spamm while waiting for the monster (I called 4 monsters) and I was immediately blocked by the other players, for fear of losing the PETs, they called me "pet killers". I apologized, no pets died from that spamm, and I didn't do it again.
4-I went to the event without PET. Needless to say, despite killing so many BOSSes, I didn't see anything drop (just a sweet gift from BIG-STAFF like last year *_*).
I think that this event, apart from the reward (which due to the mechanics of the game I will never receive) there is much more. Killing monsters, it's a great pastime, huge spams of interesting drop monsters, monsters you don't see often (like ghost dwarves, ancient mino, etc. etc.) and you can make good XP. But you can't, and you spend your time standing still waiting for a boss.
It's also nice to chat and make friends, in fact with those 2 or 3 who stayed online (and didn't log out) we talked about this problem, but also about game tips, and much more.
This is the right spirit (of this event that reminds us of CHRISTMAS), collaboration, making friends, helping each other, loving each other, cooperating.
Instead, yesterday I found a stationary, mechanical event, tied to PET and monster release times. Deluding.
Some might say "you are not forced to participate".
But I do it anyway. I don't miss a rare, annual event.
I hope to see better days.
PS: I would like to point out that I am not angry with any player or GM or administrator, nor is it anyone's fault.
It's just my personal experience and my thoughts.

When other players hard spawn in the event You can pets Park this part this place at photo safe place for range pets
If you are a tank in front of them
When the boss comes If others spawn, you have no choice run or stay kill mobs
