Having a house is a separate issue. It creates an advantage, but it was actually created for just that.
I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but bringing up houses is just muddying up the argument without much to it.

I think this point is very much on-topic and is worth considering further. For example, I've seen two players today who have a skin that looks like a very small dog or wolf when compared with the standard size.
Targeting in PvP- particularly when they're in a group - must be challenging to say the least.

no hay necesidad de sentir que te han engañado, insultado o enojado. Este fue un reembolso para cada jugador que tenía la piel de larva. Este es el único reembolso dado. para tales casos no hay reembolsos de dinero porque nada salió mal con la compra. Quitamos la piel y le dimos una opción para una nueva. Todavía hay pequeñas máscaras que puede elegir si lo desea. Pero a ningún jugador se le preguntó al respecto. Fue un cambio obligatorio y todos los jugadores fueron tratados por igual. Todos recibieron el mismo trato para ser justos con todos.
English translation-
There is no need to feel that you have been cheated, insulted or angry. This was a refund for each player who had larva skin. This is the only refund given. For such cases there are no money refunds because nothing went wrong with the purchase. We removed the skin and gave it an option for a new one. There are still small masks that you can choose if you wish. But no player was asked about it. It was a mandatory change and all players were treated equally. Everyone received the same treatment to be fair to everyone.

The reason El.Menda got the skin:
- - because his enemies had the skin and had an advantage over him.
- - that advantage has been removed from his enemies.
- - that advantage has been removed from El.Menda and all others.
Now if El.Menda doesn't want the premium skin he can give it to LostKnight.
