They re annoying.

They should find their own match not look trouble for law lvl players

Some law lvl players has high lvl main account.
I guest some of them don't mind being killed they will just have to remember the guy and get even next time

Some outlaw player won't attack me but I already have the habit of staying out of their way but,sometimes it's ALREADY TOO LATE.
We can use stun and they too then I'm done for.

I only have this one char I started playing 3-4 months ago

Ok.

An outlaw cannot attack you unless:

1. he is a lower level than you
OR
2. you have attacked him
OR
3. you are both in clans.

This is discussed as part of the tutorial.

You don't have to bother stunning an outlaw. Just ignore them - particularly if you are worried about dying.

If you do attack (or stun) an outlaw then that's fine and within the rules, but it is not compulsory.

Remember that point. It is not compulsory that you attack an outlaw.

However, if you do attack an outlaw then make sure you have a fair chance of winning.

Should outlaws be a different colour on the minimap? Maybe. But remember everything else I and others in this thread have written still apply.

It is more likely that it is a clan issue in that case. If you are in a clan you can be attacked by any clan member of any level. That is a big part of clans so you can expect that to happen whenever you are in a clan, even if you don't engage in PvP yourself.
