Daily quests and levels needed. I haven't double checked the chromium devils though.
0 - short sword on spawn map
150 - mercenary
300 - daily mage
300 - hungry ogre
300 - potion shop
500 - quartermaster
500(?) - chromium devils
750 - blood ogres
1000 - spiral mushymen
1500 - menacing dwarfs
1500 - wizard ring
1500 - worm skins
2000 - chaos dragon
2000 - 2k altar
2000 - black skeletons

I think Chromium Devil's are 1k+. The second part of the map is 1k, I think?

That would make sense I suppose. I guess I have the quest files but I've been too lazy to do anything with them.

We all missed 1 daily quest !!!
Khymer in the BloodMap-Underground.
He will have a Ring every day and gives +1 level as reward

That is the wizard ring needed quest. That one along with the worm skins needed and the killing blood ogres are the three daily quests in the blood palace.
