I am ignorant of programming and websites, but I believe that if it is night in the game from 18 to 19, the monsters at that hour will be stronger, night or not night. I think.

I think so too, otherwise they will just have an error on the screen and throw them out of the game.

give it the background setting of moon (moonlight to be specific) affects their strenght; problem solved with dungeons :D
