You are following in the tradition of other quests...running much to gather all that is needed! Good idea.

I haven't written quests that have been used in the game but there is a format to use. Someone else maybe can show you how. The content and idea is good. It would need a little editing in some places i think for English speakers. It is a good start, here is what I say " the idea is a gift...the rest is hard work". Good luck in trying to make all the pieces and make it complete.

If you can't design it yourself so it is complete and ready to use it probably won't be used. I made a quest idea too, but didn't have the computer to make the designs. So I offered it freely here on the forum for anyone to use who had the skill and equipment to make it suitable as game content. You can find it by searching for "Pearlea".
