You can throw away Eggs. It is not needed anymore now or in the future.

Easter is here and we welcome HugzBunny. FT's own Easter Bunny.
When you find him you can exchange your eggs for a gift. The egg must come from the Easter map otherwise the Easter Bunny will not be as happy.

Why is thwre no sign for risking of pets? I just come to arena for my lvl and there is toxic worms with AOE dmg and my pets died.
