Also,question.We need update it before every update?
And also-i see language choice in setings.I think need add it in register,or add a hint at start.

The language will be detected by the game itself (default language will be set to your phone language). You will be able to change this language in settings manually.
When the new texts appear in new versions the new texts will have to be translated but the game will run without them without any problems, the texts which won't be translated will be displayed in English.

When i translated game help,and open in Chrome/HTML Viewer,it now looks like:
£Ð ОВЕÐЬ: Увеличивает ХП
What to do?Stay help in english?

inside index.html file
put this line:
