Ok, But I use a free wifi, not my house wifi or my mobile :/

that i meant. use the wifi of your house, that one you control or mobile provider... we cannot change ports for a wifi, that is set up in a strange way

use a vpn. That might be able to solve it. No idea how or why. But its worked for me at the airport.
