Re: NOT A PENNY PETITION LIST

Both sides have good points.
Gandalf. Its not that players dont value the time GM's put in. Or the time staff put in. We understand that you sacrifice being a regular player to do all this. That people are thankful for.
However. Now not being a regular player and being partly in control of updates etc. Puts all mods and all staff a little out of sync with how the game is. Thats part of being admins. Staff, devs, mods. Its just what happens if you cant regularly play.
You see a lot of whiners. Criers, makes it hard to seperate valid points from no so valid ones. Theres no need to defend yourself or the mod team, at the same time theres no need to have a go at Cleo either.
If anything shes now recently been on both sides of the playing field. A post like this and others that follow should be looked at with a magnifying glass. Because these issues havent gone away.
Here is why. As i see it.
Players have made mention of pvp issues for over a year. Its ehoed, even by some staff/mods. Were assured something is going to be done. Were happy with that. But in the year only see maps added. Which are cool. Quests added. Which are also cool. Walking npc's, it adds life to the game and thats nice too. We however dont see one of the biggest things needed. Pvp changes. Like what the majority of the servers asked for. With valid points as to why its needed.
We receive a clan system that should've come through with an alliance system. Or held off implimenting until an alliance system was made. Were assured in september somethings going to be done about pvp. Again we see more maps etc made. Along with "smaller buildings". Which has been taken advantage of by some.
Something a bit broken shouldnt then be polished. Maybe after its been fixed quite a bit then yes polish it.
Look at the list provided. They are all your main level buyers. Even some that dont entirely agree with each other on everything. Yet their setting the forums alight together.
This isnt some "were crying and drawing a line in the dirt and demand changes" these are people who genuinely believe either 1) theres a good degree of powerlessness going round. 2) Money indeed wasted because theres little faith in what the next updates and promised update in september will do and 3) despite all the back and forth talks over the last year or so, continually see other things implimented and one of the major things that needs to be fixed swept under the rug again.
It may not be the case. The staff might have frequent discussions on pvp etc. We wouldnt know. We actually dont know what goes on until it gets implimented. Not trialed. But implimented. This gives us the illusion that 1) nothing is really happening. And 2) Despite what we say, you'l all still fo your own thing.
Add my name to the list.
Post your priorities list. Put a poll on. Have people state why they believe certain priorities on this list should be 1st 2nd 3rd etc and be more transparent with what could possibly happen and whats been looked at.
All of this couldve been avoided easily.
