Forgotten Tales

Very nice there! I've managed to give a number of things away this holiday season, but not on that scale. Good thing the Christmas spirit can last long after the actual holiday.

Ah, Home Improvement...such a great show.

I have sold stuff and given stuff away forever.

If I was asked which I did more; "sold" or "gave away", I'd have to say "gave away" would take it.

BTW: Tim "LK's Toolman" Taylor has an assistant too.
Some dude named "AlBorland", I was thinking of "A Borland" but it just didn't cut it for me.

Ahhh yes in another universe but in FT it is Tim "LK's Toolman" Taylor aka: "Tim Taylor" and his trusty sidekick "AlBorland"

Tim holds LK's Mith Tools and Al well, he is still grinding to hold more tools.

Gotta post this now before I forget. Yesterday on my way walking to our neighbourhood "downtown", I was just getting ready to cross a busy "avenue" that had a Red Light, but looking left I see a guy on a bicycle doing a really good clip. In his left hand was a cellphone - thumb doing something on the phone and he was deeply focused on it ...

Cuidado I yell - ignored ... right through the Red light. A car slams on his breaks and leans on the horn. Bicker startled, flips the phone into the air and grabs the handle bar with both hands. Applying the brakes, the phone landed on one of it's corners in the intersection. It broke into three pieces, front, back and battery. Second car, swerving to miss the biker, runs over it.

No living being was hurt in this incident - unless you count "pride"
The phone - alas did NOT survive.

I continued my walk thinking, "What a stupid idiotic dumb move he made." Half a block away and I'm thinking, "I hope the phone was new and he still has 16 to 18 payments to pay for it. It would serve him right."

Maybe I'm wrong for thinking that but as far as DUMB moves go, that right up there!
He could have died - the phone did!

I have seen someone texting while riding a motorcycle. That ranks up there on the stupidity scale...

That was a very crazy incident. It would be a perfect scenario to put in an anti texting commercial.

Tonight I decided to start playing a mage and as soon as I created him I got green chat saying, "I am friend of Lostknight". That's all I needed to hear. Abby friend of LostKnight is a friend of mine.

He then proceeded to help me do the Kulgan tutorial quests, gave me 5 million in gold, and transferred items for me between 3 alts.

I've always wanted to make a mage and tonight I started. This is going to be fun.
