I agree with you though I wouldn't call it mod abuse since everyone with a level hight enough could have done the same. On the other hand. I don't think it's cool to bully anyone like that and especially a mod should show a good example and not stick to those kind of actions.
I have already bought this matter to the other mods/admin and I'm waiting for their response.

I sent a message to the mods with this link and my thoughts. He shouldn't have done that. He wont do it again. Thanks.

Fah, you know how I feel about you - no secret, but you should not have been killed like that. On behalf of all of the Mods, I apologize to you. We should not have done that to you or any outlaw for that matter. We will kill outlaws, but to guard the spawn area, and kill that outlaw over and over is not called for.

This name problem is getting worst every day.
Fah_... is still parading in the game. And in the end, its name is really what he is doing us ! He must be laghing...
I 've seen newbies named MoFocker or FockMod.
This is getting out of hand.
It won't be long before we see some Hit-lair, Binladon, MurderIsFun and the like.
Mods should just tell people :
" - this character name is not accepted here. Please create a new character from scratch with a new name. The present character will be deleted in ten minutes."
Then ban the character forever.
...But can they even do that ?
