What did u send him? Evidence where he asks a minor nude pictures? I only got a week jail for that, I spammed only buildings once, well according to the GM I spammed but clearly I didnt. However I got 1 week for that. Harassing a player also is 1 week.....? I guess since he got bunch of special skins it's all forgotten and forgiven...But when we do something it haunts us forever... Some players got declined for something alot minor for example bad language, and that player winded up in jail. But when jony boy does "He muted" but when he brings alts and then do it? Deciding on special skins is a time demanding task.
It requires long checking of game data and behaviour.
Any post here that is different from "I'm NAME, level LEVEL, and require a special skin" is adding work to the ones working on the evaluation, because now we have to read pages and pages of off topic stuff to find the actual requests.
This is not acceptable.

I made a post to discuss special skins, when I created this one, expecting it to be needed. Use it.
