hi I need help. My wizard is stuck on a bug startup screen; I only see a black screen when I log into my account. My wizard's name is oznamusic. Please help me. Is there an active GM? My account is on the homepage

I sometimes get this message, and I might not be the only player with this problem. I think there should be an explanation in this message, like "refresh your browser page" or "check your internet connection."
