to reply exactly thats size of map, when you ask map size 10*10 thats 100 parts each show by blue lines, it work to positionnate tiles so you cant positionnate a tile on 2 parts of map also good luck on your map(s)

something that will help greatly is making sure you choose correct cursor size for the thing you are placing... for example: when you look at your first active window, in the left of it you see "close" under that is "zoom out" and under that is your cursor size.... click it and it cycles between 32,32 & 64,64 & 128,128... if you are playing ground tile, you want 64,64... if you are placing a wall obstacle, you want 128,128...small items are 32,32 (it sounds confusing, and took me forever to figure out with no guidance, but very, very helpful after you get it )
