I noticed that the clan creation screen now requires a button press to start clan creation process.

This game cost me 100 mb a day who do that so in fair

This game hardly uses any of my data and I play a lot.

Likewise. FT doesn't even impact on my data allowance, compared to internet use and downloads/updates from Google Play. Facebook is the real data hog.
Unless of course you're playing with adverts still enabled...
