Because buying a house is an enhancement, and should never be a detriment. We are paying a lot of money for it!

I would venture a guess the answer is along the lines of "because it's a heck of a lot easier that way."

I see no problem though. Everyone has access to pet storage. If I buy a house or two that is extra for me. It's also much easier if I'm hanging out at spawn and i hear there is a spawn party or a friend asks if i can tank for him/her.

Pet Storage is rated [E] for Everyone.
If you have a house I don't think you really need the pet storage but it will save 2 slots in your house for storage.

That is pretty much what I've done. I have two pets i kept from a former level and they are now in the new storage stable.

It was really needed
Now they can safely go quest im happy for them im sure they very be happy for it

If you have done the three kings quests just keep talking to him:
NPC: 'Go talk to the City Commander'
then comes:
NPC: 'Did you already complete the tasks fort the City Commander?'
ME: Yes I did.
- now go kill 30 War Dogs

Continued dialog from Talon doesn't exist on my accounts that have already finished the 3 Kings Quest.

And I tested with my "Boss Dragons" (Shop Pets), but Darby and Duncan are back home.
