Yes the rules say the 5 time you be perm mute you are not that's against the rules.

Unfortunately, your friend has already been to jail several times for breaking the rules. And I think that punishment is still better than getting an IP ban.

Someone who broke rules so many times,like killing pets,insulting peoples,using autoclick,afk,should not be released at any cost,and then at end,he is insulting GM and want to get away with that,that should be unacceptable,he should acept his punishment and live with it,in case GM wants to make a exception,they should free tigree6666 and Lorion too!

Attempting to misrepresent or generalize with other cases is just mystification.
There is only one point:
NO INSULTS IN FT = NO PENALTY in FT!
Stop!
Insults in reality or on Facebook = get a lawyer and enforce the law but NEVER EVER make the law yourself and take revenge. (Even worse in other areas)
Please note: Discussing other cases is off topic for this topic and therefore also constitutes abuse. If you want to talk, talk about maschika and don't generalize, don't mystify.

The GM is trying to make it easier for players to submit full reports. That’s why they accept videos and other information on Facebook and Discord, and all players know this.
Taking advantage of that and insulting the GM by saying “it’s not the forum, so it’s fine” is not acceptable at all. He is still a GM, and the conversation is about FT.
Also, FT has an official Discord and an official Facebook group, so it is completely legitimate.
However, this case should be a lesson for the GM team: do not contact players on Facebook after jailing them. Responses should be on the forum only.

I also think it's important to understand the potential consequences of your actions. I think it's entirely possible that because of this incident, GMs will stop accepting any additional evidence in private messages in discord or Facebook. Then your report will only contain a screenshot. But very few reports can be proven with just a screenshot. Therefore, I think if this happens, all the players will be indignant that it is impossible to send a report in video format

I have seen and read the points made in this topic, but as some have already expressed here, we have forum rules that must be followed. If there is something you want to discuss that is not related to this topic, you are welcome to do so in a private chat or message. At this moment, I ask that you keep any unrelated matters to other places. I have worked as a GM for quite some time, so I receive many reports about different players’ behavior and can see the truths in how players interact with each other, as well as their interactions with the GM team. I can say that there have been quite a few situations where I have been able to decide on a punishment based on attacks, insults, and poor behavior toward a GM team member, but that is not relevant right now. There are always two sides of the coin in every situation and behavior
However, this is not something that is relevant to this topic and doesn’t need to be brought up right now. This it’s about the question regarding the punishment of mascika. It is now up to us in the GM team to answer that question and provide a final response.
With that said, I also want to note that the last thing I want to do is lock this thread, because I think some things are very relevant to discuss, up to a certain point. So please, respect that.

I don't want to be ignorant, nor do I want anyone to think that of me, but he got what he deserved. Nobody here is obligated to listen to anyone's insults; that's why there are rules. If you make a mistake, you have to pay, whether on Facebook or in the game. The act itself referred to the game, so he got what he deserved. We can't feel sorry for those who treat everyone with insults. It wasn't just Reven who suffered insults; Mascika made many mistakes in the game and is paying for his actions. If there's a vote, I vote that he sees the sun square permanently.
